Who I am and why I built this

I’m Violetta, a certified coach and trainer with over 18 years of experience. The people I work with are professionals and parents, managers and partners, leaders and friends. It’s rarely one role that creates the overload. It’s the combination.

I’m a mix of five cultures and three languages, which means I’ve seen this pattern in more contexts than most. And I created this course because I kept seeing the same thing everywhere: people who were capable, committed, and completely out of capacity, without anyone around them naming it for what it actually was.
