Quietly. Slowly. With a feeling that kept getting harder to ignore.
I did not burn out. I did not hate my job. I simply outgrew it.
For a while nothing made sense. Everything looked fine on the outside. Inside, something no longer aligned.
I tried to run from the feeling. Applied for jobs abroad. Planned a move. Looked for an escape.
Not because I had clarity. Because I did not.
It took time, self-work, and one decision at a time to find my way through. No leap. No overnight transformation. Just quiet determination and the willingness to keep going.
That was not the only time.

Eighteen years later, this is the work I do.

I bring to this work nearly two decades of experience supporting professionals in global, hybrid, and multicultural environments, a grounding in systemic approaches, and the kind of depth that comes from having lived this myself.
I understand the discomfort of the in-between. And I know how to guide people through it with clarity, calm, and space.
