I cherish the freedom that comes with doing work I love. Not the kind that separates work from life, but the kind where the two blend so naturally that one feeds the other.

Mid yoga pose, my head is finding solutions for a client or shaping the next workshop. On vacation, my creative break, my head insists on resting, but two days in, it starts creating again. New ideas, new directions, new energy for the work I love. Laughing with friends, something clicks. Travelling to conferences and connecting with new people, the next idea is already in the making.

That is how my head operates. Yesterday I was reading a book on transformation. It led to notes for content. The content led to changes on my LinkedIn profile. The profile led to the website. One thing always leads to the analysis of another. One workshop becomes the source for two more. Even standing in the kitchen baking, following my grandmother's recipes, ideas find their way in.

Learning is my fuel. Limitless curiosity and a need to keep growing. I reach for non-fiction the way others reach for fiction. There is always another layer worth understanding, another perspective, another conversation that changes how I see something..
